Conor McGregor (Full Name – Conor Anthony McGregor) is an Irish professional mixed martial artist born on 14 July 1988 in Dublin, Ireland. His father’s name is Tony McGregor and mother’s name is Margaret McGregor. He has two sisters – Erin McGregor and Aoife McGregor.
Childhood
At the age of 12, Conor McGregor began training in boxing at ‘Crumlin Boxing Club’ under Phil Sutcliffe. He used to play football as well and played for the local club – ‘Lourdes Celtic FC. His family moved to Lucan, Dublin when he turned 18 where he attended an Irish-speaking school.
Career
On February 17, 2007, Conor McGregor made his MMA debut for the ‘Irish Ring of Truth’ in Dublin. He won the fight against Kieran Campbell and was later signed by the ‘Irish Cage of Truth.’
He then started training under John Kavanagh. Let us tell you that Conor is left-handed and sometimes uses conventional stances as well.

Conor McGregor has been in a relationship with Dee Devlin since 2008. The couple welcomed their first child – Conor Jack McGregor Jr. on May 5, 2017.
He was arrested in March 2019, on charges of strong-armed robbery and criminal mischief in Miami, Florida.
