A recent footage showing Paul Pogba nutmegging Lionel Messi’s bodyguard has come to the limelight.
It looks like Paul Pogba is having the time of his life. The French superstar has been meeting well-known people despite being banned from the sport; most recently, he met IShowSpeed, a YouTube sensation.
The most recent star he has shaken hands with is Yassine Cheuko, Lionel Messi’s bodyguard. Actually, Pogba showed off his 1v1 prowess during this match without hesitation, which was enough to make Inter Miami supporters happy!
A few short videos of Cheuko and Pogba playing together are making the rounds on the internet. One of the Instagram pages, @433, showcased the two participating in a tantalizing 1v1 Panna battle, where if either of the party nutmegs the other, they win.
In an attempt to get the ball between the legs of the occasional boxer and MMA fighter, Paul was tormenting Yassine with the insole of his foot while maintaining control of the ball.
Pogba sensed an opening for a nutmeg and skilfully took it as Cheuko stooped to grab his foot on the ball, sending the French midfielder and the former US Marine who had served in Iraq and Afghanistan into a frenzy.
However, Paul quickly downplayed his move in order to showcase respect while laughing and said, “You know who this guy is?… You cannot do that to him.”
The muscular Cheuko then suddenly seized with joy, grabbed Pogba, lifted the football star by the waist, and began to run while they both laughed at the same time. In any case, the former Man United academy prospect’s display of talent was rather astounding. Pogba never lost his touch with the ball, despite the fact that it may have been a long time since the French international played professionally.
