Sports Desk- Luka Jovic has been confirmed signed by Real Madrid along with Eden Hazard in this summer transfer.
Real Madrid has completed the signing of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic, having a contract until 2025. Just remaining is his medical test.
Madrid has paid €60 million to sign Jovic. Other clubs had tried to sign him but in this race, RMA becomes the winner.
Frankfurt director Fredi Bobic said – “Luka is a big loss for us. The word has spread in Europe about his explosiveness and his goal-scoring instinct. We’ve benefited not only from his goals over the past two years.”
“But for us it was clear that there is a financial pain threshold. For Eintracht Frankfurt this is a good and important transfer. We wish Luka only the best for his future. He has what it takes to have a great career. And we are proud that we were able to support him along the way,” he added.
The Serbian striker, 21, has scored a total of 29 goals for the club and country in all the competitions of Europe. Those of which includes 10 goals in 14 games for the club as Frankfurt reaches the Europa League semi-finals.
Zinedine Zidane has signed Jovic as his third transfer for the club. Along with that, Eder Militao from Benifca is signed for €50 million and Rodrygo from Santos is signed for €54 million.
Luka Jovic is expected to appear in the Euro 2020 qualifiers as the Serbia National Team will play against Ukraine and Lithuania.
