Chelsea defeat Real Madrid 3-1 on aggregate to reach their first UEFA Champions League final since 2012.

The last time these two giants clashed, Chelsea defeated Man City 1-0 in the FA Cup semi final. Both are in their beast form this season.
Kante also played a huge role in leading Chelsea to the FA Cup final. The London club will play against Leicester City in the final.
