PSG are considering terminating Sergio Ramos’ contract

Sergio Ramos is one of the greatest defenders of al time, not to mention about his degrading form due to his age. His move to the French club PSG could be his worst decision ever.

According to Le Parisien, PSG are considering terminating Sergio Ramos’ contract early due to his injury issues.

Ramos has been injured since May, and is yet to feature for the club since joining from Real Madrid. His return date isn’t certain yet.

However, to terminate Ramos’ contract, PSG will have to reach an agreement with the Spanish centre-back, whose current deal with the French side runs until 2023.

The 36-year-old pushed his body to the limit in order to play vs Bilbao in the Super Cup & then vs Chelsea in UCL. And that game against Kosovo also played a crucial part in worsening his recovery.

His leg does not respond to treatment as originally thought in order to recover from his soleus injury, hence there is no definitive return.

It’s not sure how reliable is that, but if it is so then this would arguably be the worst ending of one of the greatest players of all time.
