N’Golo Kante has once again proved his innocence and humbleness. He is arguably one of the best mid-fielders in the world.

An incident from has came to limelight. It shows the honesty Kante has been storing in his human values.

Back in 2018, Kante was late to training because of train’s delay. France coach Didier Deschamps asked the reason for his delay to training.

“Why were you late?” Deschamps asked.

We all know how Kante reacts to every situation, whether on field or off field. He smiled and said answered: “Sorry the train was delayed”.

Deschamps didn’t see any reason for scolding Kante. So he smiled too and gave a sarcastic reply: “Just run, you run faster than the train”.

The 30 year old mid-fielder recently won the UEFA Champions League with Chelsea. Not too long ago, he was playing in the French second division.

If Kante wins the UEFA Euro 2020 trophy this year, he will be one of the top contenders for the Ballon d’Or 2021.
