These are the highest earners in the French Ligue 1

French media reports have published the salaries of Ligue 1 players. Though the top 10 players are all from the same team, the 11th one is the first non-PSG player.

Wissam Ben-Yedder is on the 11th spot and is the first non-PSG player after the top 10. We could say it either in the Ligue 1 or PSG.

Here are the highest salary earners in Ligue 1 annually:

3. Marquinhos – €14.4M
4. Marco Verratti – €14.4M
5. Angel Di Maria – €13.2M
6. Keylor Navas – €12.0M
7. Mauro Icardi – €9.6M
8. Leandro Paredes
9. Presnel Kimpembe
10. Ander Herrera

All the top 10 players are from PSG. AS Monaco’s Ben-Yedder earns €7.8M annually and comes on 11th position after the Ligue 1 ruling PSG.

Neymar is truly a big earner. He is probably the third highest paid footballer after Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
