Christian Eriksen got collapsed during the game between Denmark and Finland
Belgium and Russia were against each other in their first group stage match of UEFA Euro 2020.
Romelu Lukaku a scored a brace in the game. After his first goal, Lukaku went to the camera and greeted his Inter teammate Christian Eriksen. He said, “Chris, stay strong I love you”.
The second goal of the match was scored by the substitute Thomas Meunier and the final goal was netted by Lukaku, scoring his second of the game.
And now let’s talk about the horrible incident that happened during the Denmark and Finland game.. Christian Eriksen suddenly fell to the ground near the end of the first half during his side’s (Denmark) clash with Finland.
He was given CPR by frantic medics who sprinted onto the pitch at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.
The match was suspended but later resumed after the amazing news of Eriksen’s consciousness. Danish Football Union confirmed that their star player ‘is awake’ and awaits further tests at hospital.
Eriksen’s agent Martin Schoots told Danish radio station that he was breathing and could speak and is out of danger. The Denmark international also understood to have spoken to teammates from hospital bed to reassure them of his condition.
