The argument over whether Mohamed Salah or Eden Hazard is the superior player has finally been resolved.
Two of the best players that have graced the Premier League in the past ten years are Hazard and Salah.
The former Chelsea player has two Premier League championships in England as well as two Europa League victories.
The gifted Egyptian Salah has also won awards with Liverpool, taking home a Premier League championship as well as a medal from the UEFA Champions League.
Eden Hazard was recently questioned about who was better overall, despite the fact that both players have received recognition for their talents.
SPORTbible asked Hazard who the better player between the pair has been, and he said: “Mo Salah, by far.”
Then, the former Belgium international was questioned about whether he could have predicted Salah’s success from their time together at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard responded: “He was good already, you know, but that good? We played when he was playing in Basel. So we played Champions League the year before and then we were like, ‘Wow’.
“And then we bought him like, ‘Yeah, we have to. We have to buy this guy because this guy is so good’.

“And then, you know, in football you have ups and downs and then what he did with Liverpool is like, ‘Wow’.”
What did Hazard say about career-ending injury?
It is difficult to dispute Hazard’s assessment of the impact on the game. After a difficult period with Real Madrid, Hazard decided to end his career at the young age of 32.
After relocating from Chelsea in a reported £150 million transfer, the 33-year-old disclosed his difficulties during his time in Spain.
“I think I was a bit unlucky with that period with Covid, because if you want to know the real story, I went to Dallas to do the surgery on my ankle then I came back to Madrid and it was Covid,” he began via The Obi One Podcast.

“I had two to two-and-a-half months of Covid, me at home alone, no physio to do the rehab. I did my rehab alone.
“If I had to choose one thing to change I should have said to the doctor, ‘Bring a physio, I need a good rehab’. I have to do [it] because I want to play at the highest level. “And then when the Covid finished, we came back on the pitch, I pushed my body like crazy but my ankle was not the same and then I break everything the season after and then you know the story.”
