UEFA has announced the Champions League draws for 2022/23 season. The interesting thing is that Bayern Munich and Barcelona have been potted in the same group again. This means that Robert Lewandowski will be playing against his former club that will be so exciting to watch.
During the draw ceremony, UEFA announced the awards won by the deserved players.

Carlo Ancelotti surely deserved to win the Men’s Coach Of The Year title. He won La Liga, Spanish Super Cup and UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid.
After winning La Liga last season, he became the only coach to have won league titles in all of the top 5 leagues in Europe.
Karim Benzema is favourite to win the 2022 Ballon d’or. He scored a total of 15 goals during his 2021/22 Champions League reign with Real Madrid. He was surely the best player in Europe last season.

Alexia Putellas led Barcelona Femini to the Women’s Champions League final last season. She scored 18 goals and provided 15 assists in La Liga last campaign while helping the club to a runaway title.
