On Tuesday, BCCI announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.
Suryakumar Yadav and Sanju Samson have also got a place in Team India captained by Rohit Sharma. The selectors have also expressed confidence in Rishabh Pant and Shivam Dubey.
Shubhman Gill, Rinku Singh, Khalil Ahmed and Avesh Khan were included as reserve players. Team India will play its first match against Ireland.
But Rinku Singh, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024, has not got a place in the team. He has been included as Reserves Player.
