The most interesting part of the Indian squad selected for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 is the team’s spin attack. On Tuesday, the Indian selection committee announced a 15-member squad under the leadership of Rohit Sharma in which only one specialist spinner has got a place.

The Indian team management has given responsibility in the spin department to all-rounders Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja along with Kuldeep Yadav. After which the fans have criticized the board for not giving a chance to Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin.

Ravichandran Ashwin has taken 151 wickets in 113 matches at an average of 4.94 in his ODI career. Ashwin is an experienced bowler and knows how to trouble the batsman.
