Shams Mulani is an Indian cricketer born on March 13, 1997, in Raigad, Maharashtra. He is known for his role as a left-arm orthodox bowler and a lower-order batsman. Mulani plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket and has also been part of the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Career Overview
Mulani made his Twenty20 debut for Mumbai during the 2017–18 Zonal T20 League on January 11, 2018, and his List A debut in the Vijay Hazare Trophy on February 5, 2018. He has represented India A and participated in various domestic tournaments, showcasing his skills as a reliable all-rounder. Notably, he was included in India A’s squad for the 2018–19 Deodhar Trophy and played for India in the 2018 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. His first five-wicket haul in first-class cricket came during the opening round of the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy.
