Prabhsimran Singh is an Indian cricketer who was born on 10th December 2000 in Patiala, Punjab, India. He is a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper.
He is a wicket-keeper batsman who has played for Punjab in domestic cricket. He was bought by Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction in 2019, and has been a part of the team since then.
Prabhsimran Singh started his cricketing journey at a young age and made his debut for Punjab in the Ranji Trophy during the 2018-19 season. He had a good debut season where he scored 298 runs at an average of 74.50.
In 2019, he was bought by Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for a whopping INR 4.8 crores. However, he didn’t get many chances to play in the tournament.
In the 2020-21 domestic season, Prabhsimran Singh had an impressive performance in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, where he scored 341 runs at an average of 42.62 and a strike rate of 160.37. He also had a good Vijay Hazare Trophy season, where he scored 218 runs at an average of 43.60.
