Sports Desk- Corona Viral (COVID-19) is showing its influence in India. In such a situation, the BCCI has postponed the Road Safety World Series, India-South Africa ODI Series and IPL 2020. IPL 2020 was postponed till 15 April. The government has banned any sports events from being held in public due to this disease.
Let us tell you that the Legends of different countries of the world were playing in the Road Safety World Series. It included players like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Brian Lara, Brett Lee, and Yuvraj Singh. Apart from India Legends, South Africa Legends, Australia Legends, West Indies Legends, and Sri Lanka Legends were also participating in the Road Safety World Series.
So far only 4 matches of this series were played. In this, two matches of India Legends took place against Sri Lanka and West Indies. India had won both matches. Among them, Virender Sehwag and Irfan Pathan gave superb performances. Significantly, the final of this series was to be played on 22 March.
