Domestic Career
Prasidh Krishna is a tall medium-fast bowler from the state of Karnataka. His first moment of glory came during the Bangladesh A visit to India in 2015. He was merely a teenager (19) and took 5 wickets against Bangladesh A.
In 2016-17, he played his first List A cricket in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and followed it up with his debut in T20 cricket in 2017-18 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
In 2018-19, he was one of the 10 best fast bowlers outside the national team who were mentored at India A by Rahul Dravid and Paras Mhambrey. As a fruition to his efforts, Krishna was named in India A cricket team for the 2018 A-team Quadrangular Series in the same month.
IPL Career
Krishan was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders in 2018 as an injury-replacement for Kamlesh Nagarkoti. In 24 matches so far he has picked up 18 wickets with a strike rate of 28.61 and with an economy rate of 9.33.
