8 teams release 57 players
The 8 IPL franchises have released a total of 57 players. Rajasthan Royals released captain Steve Smith and Kings XI Punjab released Glenn Maxwell. Teams will be seen placing big bets on them in the auction. Royal Challengers Bangalore released the maximum number of 10 players. At the same time, Punjab 9, Rajasthan 8, Mumbai 7, Chennai, Kolkata and Delhi 6-6 and Hyderabad 5 players out of the team.
