Haris, who plays for Melbourne Stars, has been in controversy due to the way he celebrates after taking his wickets.
The 26-year-old Haris Rauf has been drawing a lot of flak for his “slit-throat” celebration after taking wickets. The fast bowler was heavily criticized on social media for celebrating the wicket in this way. In the match played against Sydney Thunder, this bowler took 3 wickets for 24 runs.

Former Australian rugby league player Darryl Brohman was among those who condemned the celebration. “Not sure we need the throat-cutting gesture from Harris Rauf every time he takes a wicket.
