T20 World Cup Contribution: His standout performance came during the T20 World Cup, where he claimed 17 wickets across eight matches, finishing as the second-highest wicket-taker in the tournament, tied with Afghanistan’s Fazalhaq Farooqi.
Best Bowling Figures: His best performance in the World Cup was against the USA, where he recorded figures of 4 wickets for just 9 runs.
Career Milestones
Recently, Arshdeep also became India’s highest wicket-taker in T20 internationals, surpassing Yuzvendra Chahal’s record with his 97th wicket against England in a T20I match.
