Following his performance for Borussia Dortmund against Paris Saint-Germain, Jadon Sancho had a conversation with Jamie Carragher.

After Jadon Sancho’s incredible performance for Borussia Dortmund against Paris Saint-Germain, Jamie Carragher had a humorous post-match interview with him.

Sancho, on loan from Manchester United, showed his extraordinary skills as Dortmund beat PSG 1-0 in their Champions League semi-final first-leg tie on Wednesday.

In the last eight seasons, he became the only player to execute ten or more dribbles in a Champions League semifinal. He also recorded an incredible feat that he never attained at Man United.

Following the game, he talked with Carragher and Peter Schmeichel for CBS Sports, while Kate Abdo, Thierry Henry, Alessandro Del Piero, and Micah Richards were present in the studio.

With a more worn-out appearance, Carragher led Sancho over for a conversation, leaving Henry and Richards stunned back in the studio.

The legendary player for Liverpool informed the star winger that he had watched the match from the renowned “Yellow Wall” in Dortmund before explaining that Richards, Del Piero, and Henry were “raving” about his performance at Signal Iduna Park.

The legendary Arsenal player was captured on camera holding his head in his hands in a beautiful moment as the camera moved to the studio.

“I appreciate it,” he said. “But it’s not over. We still got to go to Paris and hopefully we can get the job done there. But I appreciate the compliments.”

Then Schmeichel made a joke about how Sancho is vying for a spot in Gareth Southgate’s Euro 2024 team, which he despises because Denmark is playing England in the summer.

“I take it game by game,” the 24-year-old replied.

Carragher went on to ask Sancho what, after his first stint at the club, keeps him performing at Dortmund.

“I came here at 17 and they gave me the opportunity to play professional football… so I’m just delighted with all the staff and players that welcomed me back,” he added.

Schmeichel then asked if Sancho will stay at Dortmund beyond this season to which he replied: “I really don’t know, but I’m just focused on the present right now.”
