Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 120 goals for Manchester United
On Saturday, Manchester United defeated New Castle United 1-4 to go first on Premier League points table. Cristiano Ronaldo became the survivor for the reds as he scored a brace to reach his 120th goal mark for them.
The 36-year old played like he never left United and scored two important goals against New Castle. He is just two goals away from breaking Andy Cole’s 121 goals record for the reds.
Moreover if he score 40+ goals this season, he will surpass Paul Scholes’ 155 goals record for United. With this achievement, he will be in the club’s top 10 all-time goal scoring list.
The Portuguese legend is the oldest player in the current United squad and his ‘never lose’ mindset will definitely affect his teammates’ confidence.
