Punjab’s left arm fast bowler Arshdeep Singh gave his best T20 performance last night. It is never easy for a bowler to take 5 wickets in T20 cricket. It was Arshdeep who broke the partnership of dangerous looking Evin Lewis and Jaiswal by taking the wicket of Lewis. He also took wicket of Livingston which was of course a beautiful catch by Fabian Allen. Then he also bowled well in the death overs. He restricted the score of RR to 185 and clinched 3 wickets in death overs.
1. Kartik Tyagi’s last over – Punjab played very well throughout the second innings but not in last over of the match. Whole match summary was that last over when Punjab was required 4 runs. Then came Kartik Tyagi who only gave 1 run and took 2 wickets of Pooran and Hooda and took the match from Punjab Kings hand and put it in Rajasthan’s. it was really an appreciable thing that how an unexperienced player performed like that and because of his last over he was also awarded with man of the match.
