Neymar was dying to play with Lionel Messi again and here’s one of the reason
PSG have officially signed Lionel Messi from Barcelona. The world is still in shock with this unexpected move, with most of the fans blaming the Spanish club for it.
Messi has agreed to a two-year deal worth £25m per year after tax with PSG. He will have the option to extend the deal by a third year and will receive a £25m signing-on fee.
Neymar is extremely happy with Messi’s decision and he is all set to play with his friend again. He also posted a story on Instagram about Messi’s arrival.
Neymar had offered his number 10 jersey to Messi but the 34 year old denied it. Messi will wear the number 19 jersey for PSG which he wore during his first stint at Camp Nou.
The two friends played together for Barcelona for about 4 years. Neymar is set to reunite with arguably the greatest player in football history.
It will be so pure to watch both Neymar and Messi play together for few more years. However, the duo will miss Luis Suarez for sure.
