EURO 2020: Denmark crush Russia 1-4 to reach the knockout stage

Russia faced Denmark in their group B stage match of UEFA Euro 2020

The 29th match of UEFA Euro 2020 was played between Russia and Denmark. The latter defeated their opponent 1-4 on final score.

The first goal of the match was scored by Mikkel Damsgaard in 38th minute as he netted the ball from outside the box. Only one goal was seen in the first half.

In the second half, Yussuf Poulsen scored the second goal in 59th minute because of the mistake made by Russian defender. The third goal of the game and the only goal for Russia was scored by Artem Dzyuba from the penalty spot.

The last two goals were scored by Andreas Christensen and Joakim Maehle. The Chelsea’s defender’s goal is a serious contender for the ‘Goal Of The Tournament.’

The final scored ended 1-4 to Denmark.
