EURO 2020: Scotland almost out of the tournament after sharing points with England

The 21st match of UEFA Euro 2020 was played between England and Scotland. Both the teams failed to score and the score finished 0-0.

The interesting fact is that even after having less possession (only 39%), Scotland attempted 111 shots in the match. On the other side, England managed to take 9 shots, having 61% possession.

The trophy hopes for Scotland aren’t over but it’s almost impossible to think about getting to knockout stages. They are at last with only 1 point in pocket.

As it stands, the points table is:

1. Czech Republic – 4 points
2. England – 4 points
3. Croatia – 1 point
4. Scotland – 1 point
